Mom and Me Camping

Form Due Date is March 28th. After that, the registration fee goes up, and you cannot get a T-Shirt.
Review Directions on Form - The Completed Form and payment are to be mailed directly to Council, along with a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope).

Apparently the Council has been giving out conflicting information regarding the T-shirts for Mom and Me. One person was saying the kids shirts are included, and another was saying they are not included. I called Jan Garber, the Tocabaga district leader, and got confirmation: for the base $15 per person fee, no T-shirts are included. All T-shirts are a separate add on. Just a reminder, registration is due on March 28th. After that, registration goes to $25 per person, and you cannot order T-shirts. The event is limited to 300 total people, so get your registration in as soon as possible. I have included a pdf of the registration form. Mail it, a check, and a self addressed stamped envelope directly to districts. The address is on the form.

SHIRT SIZES CLARIFICATION!!! - MARK ON THE FORM THAT THEY ARE TO BE IN 'KIDS SIZES' IF YOU WANT TO GET A SHIRT FOR A CHILD. IF THE FORM IS NOT MARKED, IT IS ASSUMED 'ADULT SIZES'.
Note - If they mess up your order, they currently say they will refund your money.

The Camping Event is held at Camp Brorein which is in Odessa on Boy Scout Road. Included with the camp fee is lunch and dinner.

Just to get everyone up to speed: Mom and Me camping is this weekend at Camp Brorein, which is located at 16901 Boy Scout Rd in Odessa. I called the guy running it, and he did not have an itinerary readily available, but he did mail out an information sheet yesterday, which you should be getting today. The important thing is that check in is between 7 and 8 AM. They will serve lunch and dinner. I do recommend that you bring drinks and snacks for the in between times, etc...
